he Head of Finance will lead the organisation's end-to-end finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, business partnering, and strategic decision support. This role is responsible for building predictable financial processes, driving performance management, and enabling the company to operate with the discipline and transparency of a listed organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Controllership, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Taxation, and Compliance.

- Establish robust internal controls, financial policies, and audit-readiness.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and long-term financial planning.

- Strengthen planning, predictability, and accountability across all business units.

- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team on growth, profitability, and capital allocation.

- Oversee timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and board-level reporting.

- Partner with business, supply chain, product, and operations teams to drive efficiencies.

- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, lenders, and investors.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team.

- Ensure statutory compliance across direct tax, indirect tax, and regulatory filings.

- Support fundraising, diligence exercises, and preparation for potential IPO readiness.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant - First Attempt

- 10-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Strong exposure to controllership, FP&A, governance, and cross-functional business partnering.

- Ability to implement scalable systems, processes, and automation.

- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and execution.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
