Head - Finance - FMCG - CA

Description:

We are seeking a CA First Attempt professional with strong FMCG experience to lead the finance function of a fast-scaling, venture-backed consumer platform with IPO ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end finance controllership: accounting, audits, taxation, statutory & internal compliance

- Lead business finance & FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and unit economics

- Drive IPO readiness, governance, internal controls, and reporting discipline

- Partner closely with the Founder/CEO on strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives

- Manage working capital, cash flows, treasury, and fund utilization

- Build and scale a high-performing finance team across functions and entities

- Interface with investors, auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies

Mandatory Candidate Criteria:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) First Attempt only

- 1420 years of experience in FMCG companies (mandatory)

- Strong depth across business finance + controllership (both essential)

- Experience in large-scale operations / multi-entity environments

- Ability to operate in founder-led, fast-paced organizations

Good to Have:

- Exposure to pre-IPO / IPO / listed entities

- Experience in venture-backed or high-growth environments

- Big 4 or strong MNC background
