Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and mature Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and lead the financial operations of our organization based in Africa. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management, business planning, and compliance in a manufacturing or large-scale business setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and risk management.

- Oversee accounting, budgeting, auditing, and taxation functions.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

- Manage investor relations, banking, and treasury operations.

- Provide strategic insights to the Board and Management for business growth.

- Drive cost optimization, profitability, and process efficiency.

- Lead and mentor finance teams across regions.

Candidate Profile:

- CA-qualified with 22-30 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong exposure to international operations, preferably in Africa or similar markets.

- Stable, mature, and result-oriented professional with excellent leadership and communication skills.
