Head - Finance - FMCG

Job Description :

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and business performance management. Ensure compliance with financial, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks. Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership, board, and audit committee reviews. Oversee FP&A, MIS, revenue assurance, banking, direct and indirect taxation, and cash flow management. Support debt and equity fundraising, due diligence activities, and fund management initiatives.

Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant and/or MBA (Finance).

- 5 to 7 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or related consumer-focused businesses.

- Strong understanding of reconciliations, revenue tracking, and risk identification.

- Proven ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

- Commercially driven with strong analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities.
