About the Role:
Were seeking a Head of Finance to lead the complete financial strategy, performance, and governance for a high-growth consumer brand. The role will drive profitability, optimize cash flow, strengthen financial systems, and support long-term business scale-up across D2C, retail, and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & P&L Ownership Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and own the P&L across channels.
- Cash Flow, Controls & Governance Manage cash flow, working capital, audits, taxation, and compliance.
- Systems & Automation Drive ERP implementation, dashboards, reporting accuracy, and automation.
- Business Performance & Cost Optimisation Analyse unit economics, margins, CAC/LTV, and support pricing decisions.
- Investor Relations & Fundraising Support Build financial models, MIS, investor documents, and diligence readiness.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and mentor the finance team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders.
Requirements:
- CA Qualified
- 10+ years of senior finance experience (D2C/Retail/FMCG/E-commerce)
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
- Experience with ERP, BI dashboards, financial modelling, analytics
Preferred:
- Experience in premium/luxury or high-growth startup environments
- Strong understanding of omnichannel business models & unit economics
