Head - Finance Controller - Infrastructure - CA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned CA with 15 - 18 years of experience in Finance Controllership from Infrastructure / Airports / Real Estate / Large Construction / Highways background. The incumbent will own complete Financial Reporting, Controlling, R2R, Project Accounting and Compliance for the SPV and will lead a team of 6 - 7 finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations, accounting, financial reporting, and statutory/regulatory compliance.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including effective management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, risk management, and audit processes.

- Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while managing relationships with auditors, tax authorities, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
