Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Head - Controller to anchor our financial operations in Pune. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the entire spectrum of financial control, ensuring the integrity of our fiscal reporting and the robustness of our internal governance frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, bridging the gap between complex financial data and actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial control function to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting that supports informed decision-making by the board.

- Design and implement stringent internal control frameworks to mitigate operational risks and safeguard company assets across all business units.

- Lead corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure optimization and treasury management, to ensure the organization maintains a healthy liquidity position.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to provide deep-dive financial analysis, enabling them to optimize margins and improve overall business unit profitability.

- Oversee statutory audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all local and international financial standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial controllership functions, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of data integrity and financial governance.

- Strong proficiency in corporate finance and business finance, with the ability to translate technical financial metrics into strategic narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
