This position is responsible for overseeing financial activities, providing strategic guidance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager collaborates with various teams within the organization to align financial strategies with company goals and objectives. Keeping abreast of industry trends, innovations, and challenges is essential to excel in this role.

Role: Finance & Accounts reporting to Group Head F&A and Tax

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparing Accounts & Team member of the Global F&A taking care of almost half of the accounting organisation. Vital team member working with GFC on Global Consolidation.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing transactions, performing month-end closing, and supporting both internal and external audits.

- Compile financial data from stakeholders to create accurate consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Make sure all financial reporting is in compliance with relevant accounting standards, such as IGAAP or IFRS, and regulatory requirements.

- Analyse financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to management and other stakeholders.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Key member of Digitisation and simplification of Accounting process.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years' experience in working in Multinational companies.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Global financial reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
