Head - Finance - Consumer Tech

Description:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance

- Ensure robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit readiness

- Manage cash flow, treasury, taxation, and regulatory requirements

- Drive automation and strengthening of financial systems and processe

- Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Provide actionable insights on performance, unit economics, and profitability

- Support strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion decisions

- Establish KPI frameworks and drive data-backed decision-making across functions

- CA plus MBA with 8-15 years of relevant experience

- Strong mix of controllership and business finance exposure

- Experience in high-growth / consumer tech / startup environments preferred

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
