Head - Finance - CA

Hiring for one of the leading industries into Building Materials(MNC'S) , Only Female (CA Qualified only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

- Drive Plant Costing activities including product costing, cost analysis, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets and forecasts.

- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including MIS reporting, profitability analysis, and strategic financial recommendations.

- Must possess hands-on effective utilization of SAP.

- Oversee GST compliance, including timely filing of returns, reconciliations, assessments, audits, and resolution of GST-related issues.

- Lead Internal, Statutory, Cost, and Tax Audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of audit observations.

- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions to support operational and strategic business needs.

- Partner with Plant Operations and Senior Management to drive cost reduction, operational efficiency, business performance, and financial decision-making.

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

- Excellent in interpersonal skills, people management, teamwork & collaboration.

- Must have good experience in the role as per above JD.

- Preferred industry - Industrial, Automotive, Pharma manufacturing unit.

- Designation/Level offered - AGM.

- Location - Indore.

- Travel for domestic assignments & projects to MP & MH as & when.

- Proficient in Presentations skills, good communicator & Go getter.

Education & Experience:

- CA with relevant experience.

- 10-16 years of experience in Tier-1 MNC.

- Currently must be working in the desired role as per JD requirements.

- Ready to relocate to Indore.
