Head - Finance - CA

Head of Finance:

We are looking for a finance leader to build and scale the finance function of a high-growth, venture-backed company. This role will partner closely with the founders and leadership team across financial planning, controllership, treasury, fundraising, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

- Oversee accounting operations, month-end/year-end close, and statutory compliance.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.

- Partner with business teams to improve cost efficiency, procurement processes, and operational performance.

- Lead investor reporting, fundraising support, financial modelling, and due diligence activities.

- Build strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance processes.

- Manage banking relationships, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with ~10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in high-growth startups, manufacturing, technology, or product-led businesses.

- Strong understanding of controllership, FP&A, treasury, and business finance.

- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and execute independently.

- Excellent stakeholder management and financial modelling skills.
