Head - Finance - CA

Job Description:

- Take a lead role in the budgeting process to convert the strategic business plans into well defined operational plans & budgets to meet business objectives

- Develop metrics to monitor the attainment of financial and operational goals, including improved profitability, product margins and cash flow

- Create improved budgeting, forecasting and analysis processes and systems to proactively advise the senior management team on financial results

- Responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including financial accounting & reporting, management reporting, tax, treasury, financial planning & analysis and compliance to statutory requirements

- Work closely with the companys bankers, financial institutions for fund raising and capital structuring, Treasury management etc

- Facilitate both the Internal Audit & the External Audit process.

Other Responsibilities:

- Provide functional expertise in the nature of best practices

- Mentor coach & develop the finance team

- Lead the initatives for IPO and listing of the organisation

- Manage investors and support in fundraising activities

Qualification and Experience:

- > 15 years of experience

- Preferred Experience: > 4 yrs as Head of Finance

- CA (mandatory) + MBA/PGDM Finance (additional qualifications desirable)
