ROLE OUTLINE:
- Strategic, Planning, implementation, managing of all the finance activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting and Liaison with banks/financial institutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations for critical decision making relating to fund management, allocation, utilization and investment.
- Act as an advisor to the higher management and promote Management agenda while ensuring implementation of overall Financial Strategy in all areas of operation.
- Strategic Financial Planning & Execution.
- Provide strategic financial inputs and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
- Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services and preparing business growth plans.
- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects;.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
- Ensure effective planning of cash, debt, Foreign exchange and investment management functions of the organization for current and future needs (in case of business expansion).
- Develop and manage strategies, operations, policies and budgets relating to treasury activities.
- Review of financial policies for capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, risk management, and insurance risk management from time to time.
- Ensure effective fund management by creation of corpus fund & utilising surplus funds in short &long term investments.
- Efficiently manage all the respective stakeholders (Internal and External) and develop relationships with external parties e.
- with auditors, solicitors, bankers, statutory organizations.
- Develop strategy to initiate IPO and guide management from time to time related to same.
- Obtaining and maintaining investor relations, stakeholders and partnership compliance.
- Engage in on-going cost reduction analyses in financial areas of the company.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance for all taxation matters, ensuring compliance under GST Act, Income Tax Act, and all other relevant tax laws.
- To validate and ensure timely filing of all kinds of Direct and Indirect Taxation returns.
- Operational Excellence.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Evaluate and timely avail various fiscal benefits, subsidies, grants available to the company as per different policies across different states.
- Planning and Taking corrective actions for hedging the risk of FOREX instruments.
- Effectively handle finance & accounts department of different units.
- Highlight discrepancies to the management which helps them in making decisions, suggest corrective actions.
- Guide & support other departments for budgeting & controlling expenses pertaining to day-to-day operations.
- Review & validate CMA report(Credit Monitoring Arrangement), project report for sanction of limits from banks.
- Ensure to get grant of subsidies as applicable to group companies.
- Ensure accounts of promoters are proper maintained & minimize risk on investments.
- Point of contact with SCM(capex) for projects as well as with Legal & regulatory department.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory dues in order to mitigate risks arising out of non-compliance.
- Oversee analysis of overall profitability and tax planning as per laws & in favor of the business.
- Monitor functioning of any external vendor/ partyengaged in projects signed up for enhancing business efficiency & profitability.
- To ensure compliance of secretarial matters.
- To ensure smooth functioning of Internal audit department.
- Monitor functioning of IT & SAP.

- Set KPIs and evaluates effectiveness of departmental initiatives, making appropriate changes that encourage achievement of overall business goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- CA with excellent academic record with 15 years of experience in financial operations in related field with Strong Communication, Analytical & Interpersonal skills.
- Should be well versed with Companies Act 2013 and other rules regulation of banks/financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of Corporate and Taxation laws as well.
- Should have headed finance & Accounts department of organization with 5000 cr turnover.
