Role:

The role will provide strategic leadership across all financial operations, ensuring robust fiscal management, Financial control, Taxation, Business planning, costing, Audits, etc.

Key Responsibility :

Financial Management:

- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.

- Ensure that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Provide strong accounts leadership, including consolidation of financial statements across all portfolio companies.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company.

- This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.

- Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

Compliance:

- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across financial functions including taxation.

- Oversee internal audit and statutory audit processes across all portfolio companies.

Board Governance & Process Management:

- Work closely with Company Secretary on board meeting processes including preparing presentations, board packs, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Investor Relations:

- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

- Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning.

- Lead the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and evaluate the economics of strategic expansion prospects.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance team and foster a culture of excellence.

- Collaborate with business and functional heads to align financial decisions with business goals.
