About the Organisation:

Our client is a large, globally operating pharmaceutical organisation with a significant presence across multiple international markets. The company is undergoing a strategic finance transformation journey to strengthen digital capabilities, enhance operational excellence, and drive data-led decision-making across global finance functions.

Role Summary:

The Head - Finance & Digital Transformation will lead the end-to-end digital transformation agenda for the global Finance & Accounting function. The role will drive ERP modernization, automation of core finance processes, implementation of advanced analytics for forecasting and reporting, and digitization of compliance and audit workflows.

This position will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven insights, and aligning finance systems with global pharmaceutical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global finance transformation initiatives and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Drive ERP modernization and automation across finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Gross-to-Net).

- Implement advanced analytics solutions for forecasting, reporting, and business decision support.

- Finalize scalable business processes and select appropriate technology platforms/tools.

- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for transformation programs.

- Manage transformation budgets and ensure business case realization.

- Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and process automation areas, particularly in Gross-to-Net.

- Lead change management initiatives and drive digital adoption across global finance teams.

- Collaborate closely with IT, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration.

- Lead vendor negotiations and finalize technology platforms and transformation partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong SAP FICO background (mandatory)

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles

- Proven track record in finance digital transformation and ERP implementation

- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments preferred

- Hands-on exposure to automation tools (RPA) and analytics platforms
