We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support the company's growth initiatives.

Location: Oman, Muscat.

Job Timings: 8.00AM To 5.00PM (Friday & Saturday off).

Designation: Head of Finance and Accounts.

Requirements: Qualified CA only who is looking for an opportunity in Overseas Location.

Perks: Sharing Accommodation, Food, Transportation, Phone, Medical Insurance will be provided by the company + 60 PL post completion of 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive financial strategy.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.

- Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.

- Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and banking relationships.

- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.

- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Optimize inventory valuation, cost control, and overall financial performance.

- Drive ERP optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
