Head - Finance & Accounts - Logistics Firm - CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a CA with at least 20 years of experience from the logistics industry to lead finance and accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage working capital, funds, and project management.

- Oversee policy formulation, financial planning, and direct/indirect taxation.

- Ensure statutory compliance and manage financial reporting.

- Enhance financial procedures, internal controls, and automate financial information systems.

- Direct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to improve profitability.

- Maintain efficient recordkeeping and MIS systems.

- Ensure compliance with Company Laws and RBI regulations.

- Manage banking relationships for fund raising and project feasibility studies.

- Drive initiatives to lower risk and improve productivity.
