Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader to head the Finance & Controllership function for a leading global manufacturing organization. The role requires a seasoned Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial controllership, manufacturing finance, budgeting, costing, statutory compliance, business partnering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function for manufacturing operations.

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Prepare and review Financial Statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and IFRS (preferred).

- Own budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and variance analysis.

- Drive product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.

- Lead statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and regulatory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, commercial, and leadership teams to improve business performance.

- Drive financial controls, process improvements, ERP optimization, and governance initiatives.

- Lead finance teams and mentor high-performing professionals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- 15+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong experience in manufacturing finance.

- Experience as Finance Controller, Head Finance, Plant Finance Head, or similar leadership role.
