Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies, policies, and frameworks to ensure strong financial governance.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.

- Oversee accounting operations, including accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting cycles.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and improved operational efficiency.

- Drive initiatives to enhance profitability while maintaining cost controls.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.

- Lead the external audit process and ensure timely filing of financial and regulatory reports.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities as required.

- Manage relationships with key financial partners and stakeholders to support the organizations financial health.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification; MBA in Finance is an added advantage.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.

- Proven experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder relations.
