Qualification - CA (Mandatory)

Reporting into - CFO

Reportees - 3 - 4

Industry Required - GCC , IT Services ONLY

Key Skills - Transfer Pricing , IFRS

Roles and Responsibility:

- Lead overall Finance function & governance framework

- Drive Financial Strategy, Budgeting & Planning

- Oversee Compliance, Taxation, and Auditing (SEZ, GST, TDS, etc.)

- Ensure accurate Financial Reporting under IFRS and local GAAP

- Managing Transfer Pricing , Financial reporting , Global Reporting

- Handle Treasury, Vendor Payments & ERP optimization
