Head - Finance - AI Technology Firm - CA

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function for a fast-growing, Series B AI technology company. The role will own end-to-end controllership, including accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit, internal controls, and statutory requirements, while partnering closely with leadership on business finance, planning, and strategic initiatives.

- Establish and maintain a rigorous controllership framework to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks across all business units.

- Lead the Finance and Accounts function by mentoring high-performing teams to improve operational efficiency and streamline month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

- CA qualified with 15+ years of post-qualification experience (mandatory).

- Proven experience leading end-to-end controllership in a high-growth startup or technology company.

- Strong expertise in accounting, audit, compliance, financial controls, and statutory reporting.

- Experience partnering with founders and senior leadership.

- Startup/Series B+ experience and Big 4 background are preferred.
