About the Role:

Reporting Structure:

- Head of Finance / Manager Accounting and Reporting role who will lead the journey on further centralizing and optimising company's finance structure, leveraging the Service Center in Hyderabad, the role will also head the local teams including corporate accounting and treasury and lead the conversation with external stakeholders such as our state auditors and strategic partners, and actively interact with the Board

- High exposure role within company , external environment and within global network; business partner to MT; combining hands on finance operation, leading a team, building finance of the future and shaping the strategic priorities of company.

- Financial Strategy & Planning : Formulate funding, debt, tax, and dividend strategy. Deploy long/medium?term plans, consolidate forecasts, prepare budgets, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions. Provide financial health updates to leadership.

- Accounting & Reporting : Establish resilient systems and controls. Ensure compliance across entities, stay updated on accounting/tax standards, train teams, and manage payables/receivables accurately.

- Treasury & Risk Management : Develop fundraising and fund management plans. Review treasury and investment policies, optimize financial structures to reduce borrowing costs, and ensure compliance with loan and reporting requirements.

- Tax Planning & Compliance : Monitor tax laws, design efficient tax structures, ensure timely and compliant payments, and manage disputes with consultants.

- Controls & Governance Implement standardized financial policies, build control frameworks, assess risks for insurance, oversee timely financial reporting, and resolve statutory issues.

- Stakeholder Relations Build strong relationships with tax authorities, bankers, financial institutions, investors, consultants, and industry experts to optimize borrowing costs and identify opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Development Provide coaching and guidance, support recruitment, set performance expectations, review progress, and foster organizational values and culture.
