Head - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the overall finance function for India operations, providing strategic and operational financial leadership.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support organizational growth.

- Establish and strengthen accounting, compliance, financial controls, and reporting processes in line with applicable regulations.

- Oversee payroll, treasury, cash flow, and day-to-day finance operations.

- Formalize and manage intercompany financial operations and processes between the India and US entities.

- Drive the modernization and automation of finance processes through technology, systems, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Build scalable finance processes, policies, and controls to support the organization's growth.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skillset:

- Strong experience in financial leadership and strategy, with the ability to build and scale finance functions.

- Deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

- Strong understanding of Indian finance, taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Hands-on experience managing payroll, treasury, cash flow, and finance operations.

- Experience managing intercompany accounting and transactions, preferably across India-US entities.

- Strong capability in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

- Experience implementing or optimizing finance systems, automation, and AI-enabled finance processes.

- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
