Head - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for the organization.

- Set up and strengthen finance processes, systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund planning.

- Drive business/commercial finance, profitability analysis, cost optimization, and performance management.

- Evaluate projects, investments, capex, and business expansion plans through financial modelling and feasibility analysis.

- Partner with business functions and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Conduct variance analysis, financial reporting, and KPI tracking for management.

- Ensure statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial governance.

- Lead and develop the existing finance team while establishing a scalable finance function.
