Head of Finance

Job Description :

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through sound financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership :

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives

- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on financial planning and decision-making

- Provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights

- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs

3. Accounting & Reporting :

- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management :

- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital

- Optimize fund utilization and banking relationships

- Oversee investments and financing strategies

5. Compliance & Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Manage audits (internal and external)

- Identify and mitigate financial risks

6. Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and lead the finance team

- Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions
