Job Description :
Key Responsibilities : - Architect and execute comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to underpin aggressive growth objectives and ensure fiscal discipline for the leadership team.
- Drive commercial finance initiatives, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and new market entry evaluations, to maximize revenue and margin for business expansion.
- Optimize working capital management, inventory financing, and payment terms across the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency and cash flow for the organization.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance and transparency for investors and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the CEO on fundraising activities, investor relations, and strategic financial communications to secure capital and build strong stakeholder confidence.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial operations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic business partnership.
Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury management, and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), with a proven ability to build scalable financial operations from the ground up

- Strong analytical acumen and advanced financial modeling capabilities, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of effectively influencing senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, a hands-on approach, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- A professional qualification such as CA or an MBA from a premier institution is essential, complemented by a deep understanding of startup funding cycles and investor expectations.
