We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic finance leader for the role of Vice President Finance / Finance Head for a rapidly growing consumer brand. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing finance operations across QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industries, with strong exposure to multi-location business operations, store-level profitability, supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, and business expansion strategies.

The role requires a commercially driven finance professional who can partner closely with the CEO, Board Members, and business leadership to drive financial planning, profitability improvement, operational efficiency, capital allocation, and scalable growth initiatives. The candidate will lead end-to-end finance functions including FP&A, controllership, budgeting, compliance, treasury, working capital management, procurement finance, and strategic business finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership, CEO, and Board members to drive financial strategy and long-term business expansion initiatives.

- Lead overall finance operations including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.

- Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP), financial planning, and business forecasting processes across multiple business units and retail locations.

- Manage store-level and regional P&L governance, ensuring profitability optimization and strong financial controls.

- Develop and implement financial strategies focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.

- Oversee commercial finance operations including pricing strategy, unit economics, sales performance analysis, and operational cost management.

- Lead supply chain finance, procurement finance, inventory valuation, warehouse costing, and working capital optimization initiatives.

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital allocation strategies to support aggressive business growth.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, GST regulations, Companies Act, internal audit standards, and statutory requirements.

- Lead financial due diligence, risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks across the organization.

- Drive ERP optimization, finance transformation, process automation, and digital finance initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and retail business teams for financial alignment and decision-making.

- Lead and mentor large finance teams, building strong financial capabilities and performance-driven culture.

- Present financial insights, board reports, MIS dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investors.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, expansion feasibility, business cases, and strategic partnerships from a financial perspective.

- Ensure robust financial processes, policy adherence, and operational efficiency across all business functions.
