Head - Finance

Responsibilities:

- Work on financial planning, controllership, budgeting & forecasting, fund raising, due diligence, monthly MIS & financial reporting, statutory audit & internal audit and administering the finalisation of year end financial statements.

- AOP & MIS

- Work collaboratively with other finance team members within the organisation on set accounting processes.

- Define and lead SOP for extraction of financial data from SAP

- Prepare financial statements and financial reports for the analysis of founders

- Create effective financial statement schedules, audit support schedules and other reports in a timely manner.

- Responsible for reviewing & negotiating legal contracts to ensure compliance and secure favourable terms for the organisation.

- Closely work with the Chief of Staff to prepare masters required for financial analysis, work with other teams to collate data needed for management analysis

- Collaborate closely with CEO & COO to develop financial strategies and plans to support business objectives and drive growth.

- Make suggestions to improve the Finance Team's efficiency of the work performed and collaborates with the team on evaluating and implementing suggestions
