- Develop & Execute Financial Strategy to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability

- Partner with Senior Leadership to shape business strategy through forecasting, scenario planning, and insights

- Lead Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting with strong financial discipline and alignment to goals

- Analyze Financial Performance including statements, KPIs, and metrics to identify trends and risks

- Provide Data-Driven Recommendations on capital allocation, pricing, cost optimization, and expansion

- Evaluate Investments & M&A using financial modeling and DCF analysis

- Monitor Performance vs Plan and deliver timely, actionable insights

- Ensure Financial Governance & Compliance with strong controls and risk management

- Optimize Working Capital & Liquidity to support business stability and growth

- Build & Lead High-Performing Teams fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
