Head - Finance

Role Overview:

- The Head of Finance will lead and oversee the organization's complete financial function, driving financial strategy, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy, policies, and governance framework.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.

- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and business risks through robust controls and risk management practices.

- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accounting standards.

- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial efficiency.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Oversee investment decisions, capital allocation and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

- Track market trends, industry benchmarks, and growth opportunities to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

- CA qualification is optional; an MBA/CPA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 10-15 years of overall finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.

- Open to professionals from any sector or industry background.

- Strong exposure to financial strategy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
