Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Management:

- Oversee multi-asset investments across equities, alternatives, debt, and real estate.

- Monitor performance, assess risks, and align investments with the familys goals and risk tolerance.

Business Planning & Strategy:

- Develop and refine business plans integrating financial objectives and investment strategies.

- Conduct mid-year reviews, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Analytics & Reporting:

- Deliver actionable analytics and maintain MIS for financial performance tracking.

- Analyze trends and variances to guide strategic decisions.

Fund Management & Planning:

- Execute fund planning strategies to optimize returns and cash flow.

- Develop forecasts and budget models to guide resource allocation.

Tax Efficiency & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with regulations and tax obligations.

- Collaborate with advisors to maximize tax efficiency across investments.

Banking & Relationship Management:

- Manage relationships with banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions.

- Negotiate favorable terms and oversee seamless banking operations.

Operational Efficiency & Strategic Oversight:

- Implement best practices to streamline financial processes and reporting.

- Maintain a strategic view of all investments, market trends, and financial activities.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Ensure internal controls and reporting standards are strictly followed.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

- Encourage innovation and adoption of best practices within the finance function.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; CFA or MBA (Finance) a plus

- Proven experience in family office or senior finance leadership roles

- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
