Client is a fast-growing retail chain committed to delivering quality products and customer satisfaction. As we expand our footprint across multiple cities, we are seeking a strategic and forward-looking Head of Finance to lead their Finance and Accounts department.

Role Overview:

The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading the companys financial strategy, investment planning, and fiscal management.

This role goes beyond conventional accounting and compliance, focusing on capital investments, fundraising, and driving financial planning for the companys growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy to support expansion plans in existing and new markets.

- Oversee investments, capital allocation, and ROI analysis for new projects and outlets.

- Partner with the leadership team to evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.

- Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and potential fundraising activities.

- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure long-term financial health.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (taxation, audits, financial reporting, etc.).

- Implement robust financial systems, policies, and controls to safeguard company assets.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the Board/Co-Founders for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

CA Mandatory.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in investment planning, fundraising, and financial modeling.

- Proven track record in supporting business expansion and multi-location operations.

- Deep knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and corporate governance.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
