Opening for role of Head Exports with a leading healthcare organization.

Summary of Role:

- Business head responsible for delivery of both Topline & EBITDA.

- Lead the strategy and Business Planning for International Business across geographies, channels & Portfolio (OEM, chain accounts, Cure, Sports, Life, Tender, etc.)

- Ensure consistent delivery of Annual and Long-term business plan.

- Build & Manage Exports Teams with the best in class processes, efficiencies & outputs.

- Build the right GTM across important countries and continents.

Specific role requirement:

- Formulation of Annual and Long-Term Business Plan & ensuring consistent delivery of the same.

- Building Robust Process and division of Processes / Work among team members

- KBI & KDI Achievement

- Performance Management System/Team Incentive Achievement/Team Performance Review

- Cost Management

- Training & Development

- Report Analysis
