Head - Estimation

Position: Head Estimation

Location: Jaipur, Madurai and Durgapur (open to travel)

Experience: 15-22 Years

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage)

What You'll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end estimation strategy for large-scale projects.

- Build and mentor a high-performing estimation team.

- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and bid competitiveness.

- Leverage digital tools, AI-enabled estimation platforms, and historical data analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, BIM, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management.

- Ensure accurate, timely, and globally competitive cost estimates.

We're Looking For:

- Extensive experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost engineering.

- Strong understanding of BIM-led delivery models, digital twins, and international pricing mechanisms.

- Exposure to automation, AI-driven estimation tools, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Proven leadership in managing large teams and high-value projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
