Description:

- Statutory compliance - Ensure compliance to regulatory/legislative requirements of SPCB/CPCB/MoEFCC directives and corporate requirements.

- Hazardous waste and Non-hazardous waste collection, segregation and proper disposal as per regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regulatory monitoring & continuously assess environmental performance associated with Plant Operations.

- IMS Annual Surveillance Audit and Certifications.

- Carrying out Environmental Audit, Water Audit, Compliance Audit, etc., as per statutory requirements.

- Implement & ensure green belt development at plant.

- Develop Records/ Procedures to ensure 100% compliance and responsible for sending monthly, annual reports to top management.

- Implement/ maintain Environment policy & procedures, includes formulation and implementing corporate Environment procedure & monitoring efficacy of Environment Monitoring system.

- Sustainability Data Management and Reporting

- 15 + years' experience in Red Category Industries and should have minimum 7+ years' experience in Environment Function.

- If shortlisted you need to Relocate in Mettur with the Family Permanently

- 5 and Half Days Working and Alternate Saturdays Off

- Should have Either BE/B Tech Chemical Engineering Background

- Master's degree in environmental engineering or Graduation in Chemical engineering with minimum

- Age Limit Should be 45.
