Head - Enterprise Operations AI & Automation

Role and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic, AI Technologies across business functions within EO.

- Lead the Startegic design, Development and deployment of Intelligent automation solution to transform Business operations.

- Embedding AI , ML and robotics automations across operational processes

- Drive the AI and automations strategy across the enterprise

Eligibility Criteria:

- Expertise in AI infrastructure, for LLM evaluation and fine tuning.

- Design cloud base AI architecture on Azure, Aws or similar platform.

- Strong experience in data and analytics

- Management of risk and compliance

- At least 7 years in banking and financial services

- Al least 3 years in Ai implementations
