Head of Engineering Group Role
- We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the complete rebuild of our digital platformsreimagining thecompany(startup) as a scalable, O2O (offline-to-online) marketplace while driving group-wide technology transformation.
- The immediate mandate is to architect and deliver a next-generation website and mobile app built for scale, speed, and seamless user experience across contractors, dealers, and end customers. This includes designing a robust marketplace backbone, integrating supply chain and dealer networks, and enabling real-time pricing, discovery, and transaction capabilities.
- Beyond platform rebuild, the role will focus on embedding AI and emerging technologies into the core productleveraging GenAI, machine learning, and automation to enhance demand forecasting, pricing intelligence, credit decisioning, and logistics optimization. The goal is to create a truly differentiated, tech-first experience in a traditionally offline industry.
- This is a 01 to scale journeyrequiring a leader who can define architecture, build high-performing engineering teams, and balance speed with long-term scalability. The role will also partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure the platform directly drives growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.
