The employer is a retailer of top-tier global brands of apparel and footwear in several countries in SE Asia. It operates more than several high-end large-format as well as boutique stores and is expanding its operations by adding new brands and territories. The company is looking for an experienced professional Apparel Ecommerce professional to provide leadership to the online channel in multiple countries in SE Asia.

Job Title: Head of E-Commerce (Apparel)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

- The selected candidate will lead the regional digital business for fashion apparel brands in selected countries in South East Asia. This role carries full P&L ownership and is accountable for defining and executing a winning e-commerce strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens brand equity, and enhances customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

- Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional e-commerce strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and market leadership.

- P&L Management: Own end-to-end business performance including sales, profitability, cost optimization, and ROI across channels and markets.

- Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee demand planning, inventory management, fulfilment, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.

- Marketing & Brand: Drive digital marketing, CRM, social commerce, and brand campaigns to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion. Build a compelling online brand presence consistent with fast fashion trends.

- Sales & Channel Management: Lead sales planning, pricing, assortment strategy, and marketplace management across regional online platforms and brand-owned channels.

- Alliances & Partnerships: Manage key external relationships including technology partners, logistics providers, digital agencies, and online marketplaces.

- Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional e-commerce team focused on agility, innovation, and customer centricity.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive e-commerce experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in apparel retail sector.

- Proven success in driving digital business growth and managing P&L across multiple markets.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and consumer trends.
