Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end digital transformation of Mobile Banking and Internet Banking platforms, driving seamless customer journeys across onboarding, servicing, payments, and lending. The role focuses on technology-led digital channels transformation and omni-channel execution in a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own digitalization of mobile and internet banking journeys end to end.
- Enable API-led integrations with core banking, payments, CRM.
- Deliver and improve customer TAT.
- Oversee digital payments journeys (UPI/IMPS/cards) within channels.
- Embed automation/RPA for operational efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, DR/BCP, and RBI compliance.
- Manage strategic vendors and lead senior digital technology teams.
Candidate Profile
- 18+ years in Digital Banking / Digital Channels / Technology Transformation.
- Strong experience in mobile & internet banking platforms.
- Exposure to omnichannel, API banking, and large-scale transformations.
- Banking or large NBFC background mandatory.
