Hiring: Head - Digital Transformation.

We are seeking a Head-Digital Transformation for one of our clients to lead their enterprise-wide digital journey.

This is a pivotal leadership role that will drive innovation, process excellence, and technology adoption across the organization.

Location: Coimbatore, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap.

- Lead ERP implementation, cloud architecture, and business automation initiatives.

- Drive customer-centric process transformation and digital adoption across functions.

- Collaborate with leadership, IT vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Build a culture of innovation leveraging tools such as AI, ML, and CRM.

Role Requirements:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise automation.

- Postgraduate qualification (BE/MCA/MBA or equivalent) from Tier-1/2 institutes.

- Strong expertise in process management, IT systems, and digital adoption.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives and leading diverse teams.

- Retail industry experience will be an added advantage.
