Head - Digital Transformation - Real Estate

What You'll Be Responsible For :

Technology will be a strategic differentiator for the organization, and your role will be to ensure it delivers measurable business outcomes.

You will :

- Define and execute the company's technology and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Build scalable digital platforms and data capabilities that enable informed, real-time decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organization-from sales and marketing to customer experience, construction, finance, procurement, and design.

- Drive automation of business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and speed of execution.

- Establish a robust data ecosystem that enables predictive analytics and supports business planning.

- Lead the implementation and integration of enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, customer portals, analytics, and workflow automation.

- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Digital Twins, BIM, IoT, and smart building solutions where they create meaningful business impact.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who combines strong technology expertise with commercial acumen.

You are likely to have:

- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise platforms.

- BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech - from good institute

- Experience building and scaling technology capabilities in a fast-growing organization.

- A track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives that have delivered measurable business outcomes.

- Strong exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise systems, data platforms, AI, and emerging technologies.

- The ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the credibility to partner with senior leadership.
