Role Overview
The Head - Digital Sales, Cross Sell & CRM will lead the organization's digital acquisition strategy, customer lifecycle management, and cross-selling initiatives across retail and financing products.
The role will be responsible for building scalable digital sales channels, leveraging CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing and cross-sell strategies.
This leadership role will work closely with business, product, analytics, and technology teams to strengthen the digital ecosystem and improve customer conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization's digital sales strategy across web, mobile, and partner channels
- Drive customer acquisition through digital platforms, including lead generation and conversion optimization
- Identify new digital channels and partnerships to expand digital reach
Cross-Sell & Revenue Growth
- Design and implement cross-sell strategies across financial and mobility products
- Leverage customer data and analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams to maximize customer lifetime value
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management
- Lead the development and optimization of CRM platforms and customer engagement programs
- Drive customer segmentation, targeted campaigns, and lifecycle communication strategies
- Improve customer retention, repeat transactions, and loyalty programs
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media, and partner channels
- Use analytics and customer insights to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
- Monitor digital funnel metrics including lead generation, conversion, and cost of acquisition
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and business teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
- Drive adoption of digital tools and CRM platforms across business functions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a digital sales and CRM leader with strong experience in BFSI or automotive financial services, with a proven ability to scale digital channels and customer engagement platforms.
Key Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in digital sales, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
- Strong exposure to BFSI, fintech, automotive finance, or digital lending ecosystems
- Proven experience in building digital acquisition channels and cross-sell strategies
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer analytics
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and digital initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institution
- Experience in data-driven marketing and digital transformation initiatives
