The Role:
- Were hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the brands digital growth charter across performance, brand, and acquisition.
- This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and scale.
- You will act as a strategic partner to the founders, aligning business goals with marketing execution, while directly managing and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta and Google. The mandate includes improving efficiency, scaling acquisition, and driving measurable topline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead digital marketing strategy and execution across Meta and Google Ads.
- Align marketing strategy with business goals from acquisition and retention to ROAS and funnel design.
- Improve ROAS from through creative experimentation, audience segmentation, and data optimization.
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to enhance creative performance and conversion.
- Build strong analytics and attribution frameworks (GA, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Identify and test new growth channels while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Potential to lead a small performance team depending on experience and scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Over 7 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in consumer-tech, D2C, or app-first environments.
- Deep hands-on experience managing Meta and Google campaigns at scale.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, creative, and execution skills.
- Proven track record of improving acquisition efficiency and scaling ROAS.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and personally managing campaigns while leading the larger digital charter.
- Passion for consumer brands in wellness, lifestyle, or purpose-driven sectors.
