- We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head Digital Marketing to lead end-to-end digital growth strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and brand performance across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, growth strategy, analytics, and stakeholder management, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment.


- This role requires a data-driven professional who can scale growth, optimize customer journeys, and maximize ROI across marketing investments.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition


- Own and drive the companys performance marketing strategy across paid channels including:


- Google Ads


- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)


- YouTube


- LinkedIn


- Affiliate Marketing


- Display & Programmatic Ads


- Plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets.


- Manage paid media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns profitably.


- Drive lead generation, app installs, website conversions, and sales growth.


- Growth Strategy & Revenue Optimization


- Build and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.


- Identify new growth opportunities through channel expansion, partnerships, and experimentation.


- Own marketing funnel optimization from awareness to conversion.


- Improve website/app conversion rates through A/B testing, CRO, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements.


- Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing


Develop customer retention and re-engagement strategies across:


- Email Marketing


- WhatsApp Marketing


- SMS Campaigns


- Push Notifications


- Loyalty Programs


- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV), repeat purchase rates, and retention metrics.


- Design and execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns.


- Brand & Channel Management


- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.


- Collaborate with creative teams to build compelling campaign assets, content, and messaging.


- Oversee social media growth, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.


- Analytics, Reporting & Insights


Track, analyze, and report key KPIs such as:


- CAC


- ROAS


- CTR


- Conversion Rate


- Retention Rate


- LTV


- Revenue Growth


- Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and actionable insights for leadership review.


Use analytics tools such as:


- Google Analytics


- Google Tag Manager


- Mixpanel / Clevertap / AppsFlyer


- Power BI / Tableau


Stakeholder & Team Management:


- Work closely with product, sales, business, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.


- Present growth strategies, campaign performance, and business insights to senior stakeholders.


- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, agencies, and external partners.


Offline Marketing & Integrated Campaigns:


- Support integrated marketing initiatives across offline channels where relevant.


- Ensure seamless omnichannel customer experience and campaign consistency.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 5-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet brands.


Strong expertise in:


- Performance Marketing

- Marketing Analytics


- Conversion Optimization


- Proven track record of scaling growth campaigns and achieving revenue targets.


- Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and digital analytics.
