Experience: 8+ years.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Driving marketing strategies across B2B and (ideally) B2C contexts.

- Deep knowledge of email marketing platforms, A/B testing tools, and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, etc. ) with a revenue-first mindset.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on execution capability.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence marketing, sales, and leadership.

- Demand generation or performance marketing roles in high-growth or SaaS environments.
