Role Overview:

We are hiring a Head Data Analytics & CRM for a globally inspired luxury beauty & salon brand renowned for premium customer experiences, innovation, and strong consumer focus across India.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and owning the end-to-end data analytics and CRM intelligence framework.

The role will enable data-driven decision-making, customer personalization, and business performance optimization across retail, digital, and service channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

- Own and drive the company-wide analytics strategy, ensuring actionable insights across functions.

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, MIS, and performance reports for leadership teams.

- Translate complex datasets into clear insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Monitor business KPIs across sales, marketing, retail operations, and customer experience.

CRM & Customer Insights

- Lead CRM analytics, customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and cohort tracking.

- Decode customer behaviour, purchase patterns, retention metrics, and engagement drivers.

- Support personalization strategies, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing initiatives.

- Partner with marketing and retail teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor the analytics and BI team, driving capability building and best practices.

- Establish data governance, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, tech, operations, and finance teams.

Advanced Analytics & Decision Support

- Drive predictive and descriptive analytics to support demand forecasting and growth planning.

- Support leadership with insights on store performance, service productivity, and campaign effectiveness.

- Continuously improve analytics maturity through automation and advanced BI tools.

Key Skills & Expertise:

Strong hands-on expertise in:

- SQL

- Advanced Excel

- Python or R

- Tableau / Power BI

- Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

- Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and stakeholder communication.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer analytics, and retail KPIs.

- Ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, or Consumer Services industries.

- Exposure to omnichannel data (retail + digital + CRM).

- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
