Head - Credit Risk Technology - IT Division

MAIN MISSION:

- Lead the IT Division dedicated to Credit Risk Management within GSC India, ensuring the

- Implementation of the defined IT strategy and delivering high-performance solutions for credit risk steering and modelling, data sourcing, calculation including stress tests, reporting across Retail and Investment Banking activities.

- Master's degree in IT or related field

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems and team management

- Expertise in credit risk architecture and modelling (scalable, cost-efficient)

- Deep understanding of banking risk models, data needs, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS9, IRB, stress testing)

- Proven leadership experience - ability to inspire, motivate, and drive strategic vision across tech and business

- Strong IT governance and strategic steering skills

- Experience managing complex international projects

- Fluency in English

- Experience in ESG integration into credit risk processes

- Ability to manage ~150 FTE and collaborate with global teams (especially Paris)
