Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute deep-dive variance analysis to identify cost inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions that improve margins and operational performance.

- Oversee the integration and optimization of SAP FICO modules to streamline cost tracking and ensure the integrity of financial data across the enterprise.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in advanced cost accounting and management accounting principles, with a proven ability to translate technical data into strategic business recommendations.

- Strong proficiency in SAP FICO, with the ability to leverage ERP systems to automate reporting and improve the accuracy of financial controls.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, specifically in conducting variance analysis and financial modeling to support high-stakes management decisions.

- Proven track record of leading finance teams, with the interpersonal skills necessary to influence stakeholders and drive cross-departmental accountability.
