Head - Corporate Finance & Treasury

We are seeking a dynamic Lead - Finance professional to spearhead the company's financing initiatives and ensure optimal liquidity and capital management. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building strong financial partnerships and driving capital deployment strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead capital- raising initiatives (debt and equity) with senior leadership and external partners.

- Oversee treasury operations: cash management, banking relationships, and investment of surplus funds.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, credit rating agencies, and financial stakeholders.

- Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with company credit policies.

- Supervise the company's loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments, renewals, and adherence to lending terms.

- Optimize working capital and cash flow across business operations.

- Manage investor relations, including financial disclosures and stakeholder communication.

- Support financial due diligence and documentation for financing transactions and capital projects.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align financing strategies with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge of financing instruments, treasury, capital markets, and investor relations.

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple financing projects with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent.

- 10- 15 years of experience in business financing, treasury, or related roles
