We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications leader to head the function for a leading global organizations India operations.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive external communication strategy in line with global communications agenda.
- Act as spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards
positioning.
- Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
- Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
- Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.
- Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or
Employer Branding.
- Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
- Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
